Vintage US ARMY Military Wood Foot Locker Trunk Chest Green

Vintage US Army military foot locker, SHIELDS SPECIALTY PRODUCTS CO., 1946 BOSTON - MASS.
This foot locker belonged to a family member who served in West Germany during the cold war in the
mid 1960's. The trunk is solid, all wood with metal reinforcements on all edges.There is no inside top shelf,
the bottom half of the front hasp is missing. The outside wood bottom is covered in a type of oil cloth that has
dried up.The piece of paper in the bottom of the trunk is part of a magazine or news paper clipping.
It's stuck to the trunk, so I left it there.
